Questions to ask of your Lender:

  1. I want a copy of my Credit Report.
  2. I would like for you to generate a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), I understand that I don’t have a property identified and how rates vary every day – but I would appreciate a Good Faith Estimate at my Maximum and then another at $50,000 less.

If you have credit issues that need to be cleared up – don’t stress.  Your lender probably has people in place that can fix those issues. 

If not – We have a Fantastic Resource (John Franco) that our family and clients have used that have given remarkable results – far and above what they could have done on their own.
