New Foreclosure Asset in Simi Valley – Vacant and on market soon.

I just completed a Verification of Occupancy at one of the bank’s assets in Simi Valley Off of Tapo Canyon just south of the 118 freeway. This is a condo, two bedroom and one bathroom. The re-key has taken place and I am waiting to have my pictures produced so I can complete my Price Opinion.

This REO market is not going to be around forever, we were before this market and will be here after it goes away. We are not hinging all of our bets on the Bank’s assets.
