Huge amounts of time on the Phone with Real Estate Clients

Comfort is very important. There are times where I really burn out our Phone Resources. I am a Skyper – Utilizing Skype – not that we don’t have office and cellular phones and it not being price – but ease of use.

I have transported my database with over 1500 contact cellular numbers for our past, current and prospective clients onto the Skype Database. So when I have pages on my gmail (which I am a big fan of) displayed, I have a skype phone plug in for Firefox that will show the numbers highlighted so they are a click away from being called.

I have headsets upon headsets – I Have worked with The Logitech Wireless – not a bad choice. I have a wired one that I use at my home p.c. by Plantronics – if you have not spoken on a stereo headset, then you are truly missing something from any phone conversation. Especially one where you want to give the client your full and undivided attention. IT is beautiful.

I also have a couple of different Plantronic devices and a ZoomSwitch so I can work back and forth between our hard line phone and skype on my computer.

Dedication or someone that needs to be committed. I would say I am committed to what we do in our Client Representation and I have a desire to be better than others that are in this industry.

We have a certain reputation to uphold and to demonstrate as we have done, currently do, and will continue to show our Clients and the other Agents in this Industry.

Skype is by far the best I have found. I have a FreeTalk headset coming soon. 8 hours of talk time never seems enough – it is stereo and I think I am coming full circle. I don’t mind having one ear listening – but I really think something is lost in the interaction and conversation. I will keep you posted. The Logitech is capable to plug and play – it is also able to be charged at the same time I am using it in case I ran it into the ground. As will be the FreeTalk.

I shave my head – so comfort is very important to me – I will keep you advised on how this plays out.
