image1341440593.jpgIt was, in the not so recent past, that the infamous REO and bank owned foreclosure properties ruled the day. That has not been the case as of late. With rumors of another big release coming, our buyers have been poised on the edge of their seats viewing the real estate foreclosure market with anticipation. As should each one of us.

The rumored release date for the next foreclosure and bank owned release has come and gone once again. There has been a lot if discussion on the wire where three hundred and fifty thousand arm’s are coming due in a short amount of time in Riverside county. But nothing tangable as of yet.

Short sales has been the focus with a huge amount if buyers that have been and are becoming weary of this current real estate market. Short sales were something that had been steered clear of in the past few months. But that is no longer the case. They are moving from the banks end believe it or not. Which is an entirely different song from before.

We became short sale experts and have been successful in their negotiation as the listing agent and also the buyers representative.

Give us a call so we can help you with the short sale process. We are Remax of Santa Clarita. We have a Team Of specialists in place to get these, until lately, prior monsters handled.
