Short Sale Questions?

by paris911 on February 9, 2010

image Talk about an understatement.  If you have been thinking of why it feels like someone is gripping around your throat – there might be a reason.  We have a huge amount of people that call us to Schedule our Short Sale Briefings.  They bring many from their families to hear about the short Sale process and to see how the road to recovery begins.

It might be best for the property to allow to go to Foreclosure.  It is a difficult prospect, especially when you have gotten to know your neighbors and are needing to save face with your friends and families.  But you won’t be the first that has experienced the heart ache associated with loss.

As my Law Enforcement career has always taught me, “It could always be worse…”  You might not be able to see it now – but I know it can.  However, for reasons yet unknown, there is always a brighter side.

It is just finding the cloud with the silver lining that poses the most difficulty for some.  To assist with this dilemma, I have posted a few things that I know, almost for sure :-)

  • the Sun will Rise Tomorrow (almost 100% sure)
  • Facebook is going to catch on (I think we are there now)
  • I will never have a full head of hair again (100% on this one)

Be safe please and make good decisions, not based on emotion, but on facts.
