We have placed several locations on the WWW to give you the best and most up to date information related to home value around. I have to thank my friends at Top Producer Systems for developing the Market Snapshot approach and allowing us to be able to pass that value onto our clients.
There are a lot of sites out there that have “home value’. However, the question that I want you to ask is where are they obtaining their numbers from? What is home value in their systems mind. Do they offer a comparison approach based where every listing is placed for sale and where there are rules that govern the entries that are made and fines placed if someone messes it up?
The location I am speaking of is the local Multiple Listing Service – I just had recently a lady in living in Westridge try to enter a code that I had sent her on a post card which would generate a market snapshot for her particular home. The systems started the process and due to a glitch or some other type of problems, it never sent her the true document. I did get a hateful e-mail. But I responded that computers are not perfect and re did the request for her particular property. Sorry – But we do what we can. Darn computers.
Back to it – The process takes about 30 minutes and all of our Market Snapshot and Home Value resources can be found at www.HomeValue911.com. For more specific home value sources you can go to each city in the Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley and Ventura County followed by a 911.com and there you will find those specific market snapshots. Example – www.SantaClarita911.com, www.VenturaCounty911.com, www.Palmdale911.com – etc. I have finished the cities in the San Fernando Valley, I just have to find time to build them out.
