Here is a quick post with the Current Notice of Default Lists for the Santa Clarita Valley. Notice of defaults are recorded by the Lending Institutions that are “injured” by the non payments of owners. Usually about the 90 day mark after they have not made any mortgage payments. The time of the recording of the Notice of Default can vary from Lending Institution to Lending institution.
I have also attached the Notice of Default list for other areas than Santa Clarita Valley and its Real Estate community. Again, I can pull this data from four boards of Realtors which we are full members of.
