Notice of Default Filing and Foreclosures

Foreclosure photo The notice of Default filings are in direct relationship to the Amount of Foreclosures that come on to the Real Estate Market for sale.

Usually, there is a 90 day time period between the time when a owner quits paying their mortgage and the time of the filing of the Notice of Default.

But in some cases the pattern of the Notice of Default versus the non payment time period does not hold true to the above statement.

Don’t forget to check our Foreclosure Resources on our different Foreclosure Resources including http://MoreThanForeclosures.com.

There are several resources that follow this Data – and I have included a great story from the DQNews.com where they reflect the data from Data Quick.
