With all of the news, California is almost to the end of their Governmental hold with the release of Foreclosures.
CNN had a great article that addressed the rest of the country and their foreclosure status.
Where does that leave us here in California? It will be soon when those properties that they needed a second showing of “Due diligence” will come onto the market for sale in Southern California. We will keep a watchful eye here and report back the findings.
I have set it so that I can report on the Foreclosure and REO inventory that populates The Cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley as soon as they come onto the market.
